This gives us space to assess properly, treat multiple regions, and build a clear plan without feeling squeezed into a one-hour slot.
Cancellation Policy
I value your time, and I ask that you value mine too. When you book a session, that time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations make it very difficult to offer that space to someone else. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If something truly unavoidable comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible and we can discuss it. Thank you for respecting the time, preparation and energy that goes into each session.
