About Me
Hey there, I’m Kerry. I started my career, unexpectedly, in Architectural Model Making. I stumbled upon the world of Sports Massage after a personal injury. I realised through treatment for my own injury, that I would love to be able to help people in that way. My modelmaker knowledge then gave me a unique mental map for the human body.

A proud graduate of the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB) in 2021, I completed a Level 5 Remedial and Sports Massage Diploma. Then I attended the School of Bodywork in Exeter for a certificate in Myofascial Release for Migraines, Tinnitus, and TMJ. These gentle techniques create space in the cranium, promoting structural balance and relief.
I have a passion for psychology, and the connection of mind and body cannot be overstated. Because of this, I did a Trauma Savvy Practitioner course, to help ensure that safety in the massage room is the foundation, to build all other techniques on top of. I spent a year experience domiciliary care work, fantastically rewarding and gave such good experience on how to best help facilitate mobility issues and tailor self care advice. I have had experience in the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy departments of Cheltenham Hospital, giving excellent insight into what happens in the NHS GP to Musculoskeletal care pathways. In 2023 I completed a Pregnancy massage course. The body changes so much in this time, that it's vital to guide the muscles how to hold both mum and baby.

Beyond the technicalities, I bring a compassionate insight to my practice, having navigated health conditions both personally and as a caregiver. I’m here to meet you wherever your body is, working within your pain boundaries to help you feel better.
After your massage, let’s chat about tiny tweaks to your daily routine. I’ve found that the simplest changes in posture and movement can make a world of difference. Consider me your wellness ally, here to make your journey to feeling great a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Thrilled to welcome you into a world where you not only relax but truly thrive in well-being, making your journey to feeling great our shared adventure.
